SIFU - The Wuguan (Prologue)

The Wuguan is the very first environment you play through during the prologue of Sifu. Our goal here was to depict a real chinese kung fu school with as much credibility as possible. It is also a living place where students and masters live together. We used many photo references of real kung fu schools and had a real Sifu reviewing the level.

Most of the environment work here was established early by Enguerrand Michelin. I worked on it as an Environment Artist during the polish phase, adding as much details and storytelling as possible, remodeling some assets and sometimes redefining larger sections of the level under the art direction of Paul-Emile Boucher.
